As most of our cookies are baked and hand
decorated to order we usually require 1-2 days to
prepare your order (and cookies will take 1 further
day to dry before dispatching). We prefer 1 weeks
notice for orders over 80 cookies and 2 weeks for
orders of 300 or more but if you have a more urgent
request please contact us and we'll see what we
can do.
For all orders we do require payment before we
start baking and accept payment in £ sterling
through our secure online payment system where
you can pay by credit or debit card, or by Paypal.
You can also pay over the telephone by credit or debit card or you can send us a cheque (payable to Custom Cookie Company).
If you've placed an order that we're unable to make by your required date, we'll contact you to notify you of the situationl. You can then accept the delay, change, or discontinue with the order (in which case we will issue you with a full refund). If you want continue with the order unchanged we'll email you with the anticipated dispatch date.
Custom Cookie Company reserves the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and issue you with a full refund.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order:
- We must receive an email from the email address you provided when you placed your order, quoting your order number and informing us that you'd like to cancel your order.
- You must inform us of your wish to cancel your order at least 48 hours before your requested delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold by Custom Cookie Company, we don't accept returns and we can only issue refunds in the unlikely event you do not receive the correct products. If this is the case, your order must be returned to us in it’s original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
