What's in our cookies?

All of our cookies are made by hand to our own unique recipes. Once mixed the dough is so delicate that it has to be chilled so that we can roll it out without breaking. Each cookie is then cut out by hand and baked to golden perfection. After cooling, every single cookie is lovingly decorated and packaged by hand.
Cookies are available in Vanilla Shortcake, Chocolate Brownie and Ginger Flavours but for orders less than 40 cookies we cannot guarantee your flavour preferences. As all our cookies are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design.

Cookie Ingredients

Our Vanilla cookies contain Wheat Flour, Sugar, Butter, Golden Syrup, Butter, Whole Egg, and Vanilla Bean Extract. 
Our Chocolate Cookies also contain Cocoa Powder and Vegetable Margarine.
Our Ginger Cookies also contain Ground Cinnamon & Ginger.
Our icing contains Sugar. Water, Glucose Syrup, Egg White, Starch, Acetic Acid, and Xanthan Gum (which keeps it stable) and food colours*.

Allergen advice

Our cookies & cupcakes contain Gluten, Milk, Wheat and Egg. Products are suitable for Vegetarians . Our cookies are made in our own kitchens where we also prepare lots of other scrummy things which may include nuts and sesame seeds.

How long will they last?

Kept in a tin or airtight container cookies will stay yummy for 3 months (its good to keep them away from strong light as this may make the lovely vibrant colours fade a bit).

*Each cookie design uses different food colours and decorations all of which have passed safety tests and been approved for use throughout the European Union. This approval is monitored, reviewed and amended in the light of new scientific data. We’re trying to use more natural colours where we can, but your cookies could contain some of the following E102, E104, E110,E122, E124, E129, E133, E151, The sparkles, sprinkles and shiny things contain E171, to make them, well sparkle.
